Due to the age of the buildings that make up the Ripon Spa Hotel we have to admit that we are not as accessible as a modern hotel but most users of wheelchairs and those with limited mobility have no difficulty in the hotel.
We have four bedrooms on the ground floor and all the rest of the bedrooms in the hotel are located on the first and second floors served by a lift.
The front porch has a single step upto the front door into the hotel with a ramp and a disabled parking space located right beside the front door. Once inside the hotel the restaurant, bar, toilets and lounges are all on the ground floor with no steps to negotiate and wide passageways throughout.
