The Ripon Spa Hotel offers a choice of four ground floor fully air conditioned rooms, elegantly furnished and interlinking to offer complete flexibility.  The recently refurbished ballroom caters for up to 240 guests, whilst the smaller Terrace Bar in ideal for a more intimate party. The South facing terrace and landscaped gardens make the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs and each of the reception rooms has French doors opening out on to the terrace.

For civil marriage ceremonies we are pleased to be able to offer a peaceful and attractive room, filled with natural daylight and overlooking the gardens.  Your guests will be comfortably seated to witness the exchange of marriage vows.  While the bride and groom make the most of the photographic opportunities we can arrange to serve drinks on the terrace or in one of the reception rooms.

THE WEDDING PACKAGE
A wide selection of menus are offered but these are just a suggestion - each wedding is unique and our Chef will be pleased to create an individual menu especially for you.

The full wedding package includes reception drinks, wine with the meal, sparkling wine or champagne for the toasts, table flowers and cake stand/knife.  Plus, subject to availability, a complimentary four poster bedroom for the bride and groom.

Dinner Dances and Private Parties
Whatever the occasion, The Ripon Spa Hotel is well known for its hospitality as a first class venue for social functions.  There are four main function rooms to suit most occasions from the main Ballroom, which caters for 200, to the Garden Room which has a maximum capacity for 20.  All the rooms are at ground level overlooking the beautiful gardens with easy access outside on a warm summers day.  The rooms are interlinking allowing total flexibility. In addition to the function rooms the hotel has a variety of public rooms in which to relax.
